    Under direct supervision, services, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains electrical and mechanical logging equipment as directed either as part of a preventive maintenance crew or individually. Performs electrical and mechanical analytical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance as part of a routine maintenance program. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected. Skills are typically acquired through an associate degree in electronics or related electrical and mechanical experience.

    Job Description
     Carryout mechanical maintenance and emergency repair activities, supporting the activities of the team within which the role operates to ensure the availability, maintainability, reliability, and efficiency of mechanical equipments.

    Equipment Monitoring:
     Monitor the physical condition of mechanical equipments and plan the required maintenance to be carried out.

    Corrective Maintenance:
     Investigate the defects and apply corrective actions in a timely manner to reduce downtime and maximize equipment availability.

    Preventive Maintenance:
     Carryout preventive maintenance activities according to defined schedules to maximize equipment availability

    Quality Monitoring:
     Monitor the quality of repaired units within defined limits so that any deviations or abnormalities are identified and corrected as soon as possible.

    Reporting:
     Prepare regular reports, as per job cards received, describing the nature of work completed, spare parts used for repairing, and other information related to the job.

    Policies and Procedures:
     Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Diploma/Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical) with minimum 3 yrs. of experience
    Experience in preventive management during breakdown
    Looking for candidates from Water Distribution/Water Treatment industry only
    Must have good knowledge of pumps.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Communicates with patients/clients and referral sources both verbally and in writing to ensure patient/client questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
    • Coordinates all patient information, processes paperwork, including preparation of file for Billing Department, and completes batch reports for UPS deliveries
    • Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures to meet JCAHO and company standards
    • Processes paperwork-confirms tickets, inputs new patient set-ups, and assembles charts
    • Completes SOPs/CMNs and documents on tracking log
    • Verifies Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage information
    • Clears previous day’s route and checks all paperwork for accuracy and completeness
    • Prepares deposit for location on a weekly basis
    • Maintains referral log

    Provides service for all retail/walk-in equipment requests
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
    • Employment is contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation
    • Experience in medical field and administrative record management

    Physical Demands: 

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or listen
    • The employee is occasionally required to walk
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
