Roles and responsibility :

This role has overall responsibility for complete TA back office operations.
This includes responsibility for ensuring that candidates footfall is captured, candidates are on-boarded as per the guidelines, appointment letters, ID creation, and employee file management Entry of joining feedback for all the new joiners at associate level Validation of offer entry data through ICR / manual entry if immediate offer.
Ensure that all resume IDs are generated within the SLA Process the resume ids till offer-made Create SAP IDs till fitment stage for the new joiners Verification of originals and collecting required photocopies along with relevant forms on documentation day Issue Medical letters Create an employee file with all relevant forms, and documents Audit the file as per check list and ensure that file is complete in all aspects Ensure all relevant documents and process specific letters are attached in the file Send the file for digitization. Currently the file has to be sent for digitization within 5 working days
Candidate Profile :
Skills required:

Good knowledge of MS Office. Communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
Minimum Graduate.
