Account Manager/sales Manager -

Job Description:

Work closely with clients and liaise with MaxVal managers to follow up and co-ordinate to meet client requirements.
Become familiar with the practice expertise, clients, sources of business, related resources (e.g., trade and industry organizations, publications, related professionals) and business model for the Intellectual Property Division. Take the lead on responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and pitches for new business.
Participate in developing and implementing business plans. Participate in practice group and department meetings. Work with the Directors to spot and develop external and internal communications opportunities to promote the sales and marketing successes of the IP Department. Manage day-to-day activities of assigned support staff.
To support national and international sales and marketing efforts. Monitor developments in Intellectual Property law and activities of clients to identify new business opportunities.
Should possess strong communication skills, excellent analytical skills, should like to work in a team, be eager to take responsibility and must tackle complex situation. PC skills, Proficiency with CRM tools and knowledge of MS-Office products. Exposure to IP mining databases/platforms.
