Job Description:
Role & Responsibility:-
Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc. Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

Skill Required:-
Experience of US IT recruitment
Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
2-15 Years of Relevant Experience in US Staffing
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
Excellent analytical and assessment capability.
Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure.
Willing to work as per US timings
Good command over various search tools & techniques
Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment

Title: Account Manager 

Requirement:
1)Planned, directed and controlled all phases of a Client Account in order to increase profits and encourage growth.
2)Responsible for all SLAs to ensure contract compliance. Acted as the key sales person and key contact for the account.
3)Thoroughly interviewing candidates, assessing skill and experience levels as well as culture fit within client organization.
4)Presenting qualified candidates to clients and driving the delivery process to closure.
5)Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers on a continual basis through a high volume of phone, e-mail, and written correspondence
6)Administer employee counseling and progressive discipline
7)Managed job postings on the web.
8)Coordinated new hire and termination processing, including generating offer letters and conducting exit interviews
9)Initiate and maintain good working relationships with customers
10)Follow up with clients to solicit additional job orders and market new candidates
11)Maintain customer base and keep daily activity logs
12)Matching qualified candidates with client orders through advanced screening and qualification techniques.
13)Thoroughly interviewing candidates, assessing skill and experience levels as well as culture fit within client organization.
14)Presenting qualified candidates to clients and driving the delivery process to closure.
15)Following up with clients after delivering submittals, interviews and placements to ensure expectations are met, as well as soliciting additional job orders and pre-marketing new candidates.
16)Verification of references, education, and prior employment
