1. Qualifications : 
Essential: Textile Graduate or Diploma holders from Textiles / Garments.
Desirable: Garment quality control / Inspection experience
Specialization: Well experience in garment manufacturing process, technical details and ability to handle various garments patterns.

2. Brief Job Description : 
Carry out the inspections, supervisions, etc. as per the Policy and Guidelines of the Business Sector, Technical Procedures and contractual specifications of the client.

Production & Quality inspection Knowledge with Good communication skill.

Responsible for performing inspections for various Buyers as per the Buyers requirement.

Apart he should be in a position to well address the technical issues with defects, its causes and remedies in front of Client / supplier.

He will be regularly updated on the Clients SOP requirement which in turn he should put this in use while performing Inspections for various Clients.

He should carry in depth knowledge on textiles and garments and should have hands on experience in Garments in the industry.

Maintain records of operations and day-to-day work.

Inform the Business Manager of any abnormalities observed in the inspection site, port area, container yard, etc. immediately and potential implications.

To put forth request to Business manager/ in-charge for any formal In-house/External training from time to time so required in Inspection of orders.

3. Key Results Areas ( KRAs) & Key Deliverables :
Perform Inspection as per Client requirements and meeting SOP guidelines.

Meeting technical requirements of Client efficiently.

Bring business leads if any while inspecting the goods and deliver it to required persons.

Doing Textile Inspections without any complaints.

Perform Inspections with complete Integrity and with Ethics.

4 Technical / Behavioural / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired :
Sound knowledge in textile manufacturing especially in Garments & Home Textiles.

Polite and firm in nature.

Convincing the supplier with the inspection results.
