Front Office Supervisor / Front Office Executive / Reservations Coord ZONE BY THE PARK HOTELS (UNIT OF SARASWATHY ENTERPRISES)

  • Oversee front office operations such as reservations and check-ins to ensure that they are properly being handled
  • Provide assistance to guests over the telephone and in person by ensuring that they are made aware of the hotels services and facilities
  • Ascertain that as many as possible reservation slots are filled and accommodate new guests in empty ones
  • Assist front desk staff in handling guest registration and room allocation tasks, according to their preferences
  • Issue room keys or cards to guests and provided them with information on how to use them
  • Ascertain that front desk area is properly cleaned and maintained at all times to project a positive image of the hotel
  • Oversaw cash handling and accounting procedures, and provided assistance with audits during assigned shifts
  • Resolve guests complaints in a prompt manner to ensure satisfaction and return business
  • Greet guests as they arrived at the front desk counter and inquire into their reservation statuses
  • Handle new guest registrations and provide them with information regarding hotel rules and regulations
  • Made guests aware of the facilities and services offered by the hotel to encourage them to take advantage of both
  • Issue keys to guests and ensured that they are provided with correlating instructions on how to use them
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures according to specified protocols, and coordinated support staff services to ensure total guest satisfaction
