Job Description:

1. Manage and develop Contact Center & Back Office Service lines focused projects within the group with key focus area on Hotline, Back Office and Process Re-engineering support.
2. Step-up to a total results oriented attitude that manifests itself by working with the client to assure reasonable expectations are gathered, acknowledged, shared, tracked (audit) and achieved
3. Be responsible for managing client relationship on a day-to-day basis through available communication channels
4. Keep management updated on a daily/weekly basis on the developments and progress of the assigned accounts
5. Facilitate & contribute in the Training process towards Continuous Improvement Programs
6. Provide necessary on-the-floor training to team as deemed necessary
7. Actively participate in Process Engineering and Re-engineering activities
8. Managing a designated team of associates in Coimbatore & Bangalore locations
9. To supervise teams assigned to ensure client deliverables are met within the established SLAs
10. Responsible for ensuring productivity targets (Daily /Weekly/ monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly) are achieved
